Life Membership
It is our goal to help members create a healthier lifestyle and keep it, ‘for life’. All new and existing InShape Members are provided with our six star service program. Members receive a free personalized program, supervised workout, complementary Results Based Training session and also 6-8 week follow up programs from our personal trainers. At InShape, we provide not only assistance in the first 60 days of your training but also a service that lasts the duration of your membership.
Life of the Party
InShape for Life regularly hold social events to help our members feel part of the InShape community. Recently, InShape Five Dock have held a variety of events including Luncheons, BBQ’s and Christmas Parties, just to name a few.

Life Rewards
At InShape for Life members are rewarded for making positive lifestyle changes, achieving their goals and referring their friends and family. Being an InShape member is rewarding your health as well as your wallet. By referring your friends and family to InShape Five Dock, members are entitled to one free month on their membership.
Life Achievements
At InShape, we think it's important to recognize achievements with our Member of the Month award. This draws attention to members who have achieved their goals and inspires other members to do the same.
Life Support
Supporting our members to achieve their goals is fundamental to our success, and we do it in a number of ways:
- We encourage all our members to join group fitness classes – there’s no better way to feel good about exercising than in a group.
- New members are teamed up with a Personal Trainer for a results based training session, to give that extra individual attention. We encourage all our members to continue with RBT – it’s the best way to see results quickly.
- InShape Seminars inform members on the latest health, fitness and nutritional ideas. Presented by experts, these seminars give members information on issues they face while they work out, such as weight loss, nutrition, stretching and sports injuries.
