Gym (18 Months to 3 years)
Playgym is designed for
children able to walk
through to 3 years of age. Parents join in the class
under the instruction of a coach and support their
children through a series of circuits, utilising
equipment to develop their gross motor skills
through play and practice. This class is 45 minutes

Junior Gym (3
years to 5 years)
Juniorgym is structured as a progression from
Playgym and typically suited for children 3-5 years
of age. The class aims to encourage children to
discover their own abilities in a gymnastics
environment with only the children and coach.
Using music and gymnastic equipment the group
learn to interact socially, as well as develop their
skills and physical strengths |
Recreation
(5 years to 7 years)
Recreation is a program based on a progression of
four stages (Alligators, Bears, Caterpillars and
Dinosaurs). These stages help us develop the
children physically and mentally as they perform
skills to develop co-ordination, balance and gross
motor skills. Each stage has set criteria/skills to be
obtained before progressing to the next stage.
Grading for each stage is undertaken through the
term and completed in the last weeks of term.
Optional Spectacular (7
years to 10 years)
Optional Spectacular is a continuation of the
recreation program for boys and girls who wish to
continue progressing their gymnastic skills, however
have no wish to compete. The focus of the class is
on interaction and fun.
Competition Programs (Level

gymnasts the opportunity to compete in
competitions at Club, Regional, State, National and
International Level.
Adult Gymnastics (16
