Aerobics and Group Fitness Classes
Two to three 60 minute workouts per week provide maximum results in minimum time. No surprises just solid improvements in your fitness and well being. Group Fitness classes include:
Boxing – Want to get rid of some pent up frustration, then this is the class for you. Using boxing gloves and pads, the aim is to simulate a boxing environment while learning safe technique. Jab and upper cut yourself to a new fitness level.

Body Balance – A dynamic program that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. BODYBALANCE combines the best of eastern disciplines, like yoga, tai-chi, with Pilates to create a class that connects the mind with the body.

Body Combat – Combines moves and stances from a range of self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour long energetic routine. Music choreography creates a fierce, energetic experience which will raise your fitness level.

Body Pump – The most successful group fitness program in history. BODYPUMP is a 45-60 minute class using barbell adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising your metabolic rate for fat burning. Each section of the class focuses on a different body part, helping to condition your whole body.
Cardio Blast – Is a cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobic moves, strength and stabilization exercises. Classes may include running, boxing and use of barbells to achieve their goals.
High Energy – A purely aerobic class, which uses basic aerobic moves to extend its participants cardiovascular fitness. If you want a class which is simple on the moves, but makes you huff and puff, this is the class for you.
Power Circuit – An easy to follow class, designed to work both your cardio fitness and muscular endurance. By using a series of pin loaded weights and cardiovascular stations, this class aims to improve fitness as well as increase muscle strength and tone.

Power Fit – Want a high intensity class which gives you both muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness, then this is the class for you. Three blocks of barbell conditioning is separated by high intensity cardiovascular training, using aerobic and step moves.

Ki Max – If you really want to experience the energy and adrenaline of really punching and kicking, then KI MAX is what you’ve been waiting for. Each class is structured into ‘rounds’ of Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing using simple, intense and dynamic movements. Each ‘round’ has carefully structured movements while also considering both muscular co-ordination and the energy systems.

RITMIX – Is a dance based programme that has a warm-up, nine cardiovascular tracks and a relaxing stretch segment. There are different rhythms for each track (hip-hop, Latin, Dance, Funk, Jazz and Arabian) each with different intensities determined by the pace of the music and energy of the movements.

Fight Do – Combines the best of Martial Arts and Boxing to provide a physical ‘battle’ with exercise routines that are simple, dynamic and intense assuring maximum caloric consumption (approx 600-800 calories per class)
Step Altitude – Step Altitude is a highly choreographed program that uses complex leg patterns on a height adjustable step. Step Altitude challenges the body both mentally and physically by its complexity and large body movements.
Tone Zone – Time to hit those problem areas. Using your own body and hand weights, this class hits your buttocks, thighs, abdominals and arms. After a short aerobic warm up, a number of specific muscle conditioning exercises are completed to tone and firm these areas. The perfect introductory class to get your body back in shape.
Tri-Fit – This is a fantastic class to be introduced to 3 different styles. The Trifit class is broken into three sections: aerobics, step and muscle conditioning. Get your dose of fat burning exercise before spending a third of the class firming and strengthening the muscles. Great classes for beginners through to those who want a consistent work out.
X-Cycle Enduro – (60 Minutes) this class is for those who want that little bit more. 60 minutes of cycle to push the calorie count that little bit higher. Hit the hills and sprints, but remember to hold on to something for the last 15 minutes.
X-Cycle Overdrive & Top Ride – (45 Minutes unless otherwise stated) If you want to burn calories, this is the class for you. Following the warm up, the intensity of this class will only increase. Climb mountains, sprint the flats, feel the legs burn as the muscles fatigue.
X-Cycle Warm Up – (30 Minutes) this class aims to introduce members to the fun of cycling. Learn how to utilize the bike and the body positions required to undertake an X-Cycle class. For the more experienced this class can be used as a recovery session.
